Marin Fog for Skywatch Friday
This is a photo I took when back in California a year or so ago. Click HERE for more Skywatch Friday photos. I just love the way the clouds and strip of fog looks, plus it’s at my favorite time of day, the dusky twilight. Even though the focus is not as sharp as it could be, it is truly one of my fave photos.
This is a perfectly lovely shot. It would not be the same without the fog or mist rolling in. That really makes it very special.
My blog post for Sky Watch is on my Canon Pixels and if you have any spare time I would appreciate it if you could take a look at the sun peeking through the oak tree leaves.
Thanks.
Beautiful marin shot.

Wow that strip of fog looks like breaking waves!

Outstanding
Cool shot! Never saw fog banks like that.
Just in a movie. What was it’s name again…??? 😉
Cheers, Klaus
Sara: Very beautiful capture of the fog creeping to shore.
Beautiful foggy day. Thanks for sharing!
The sky,fog and sea looks all jointed together 🙂
The fog is incredible. You capture some beautiful, subtle color in the photo, too. Very nice.
Love the low-lying clouds/fog drifting in.
That is a keeper, for sure! You truly had to be at the right place at the right time to capture this lovely scene. Nice post and I loved all your photos from the fair!
Lovely rolling fog. There is always something mysterious about fog.
Awesome shot!
