Ruby red tree
Red trees aren’t just a fall thing. The tree across from my new house went from bare branches to pinkish, to red, and for all I know gets to purple, but right now it’s such a lovely ruby color, especially in the late afternoon light. Happy Spring to all!

Wow, this is a gorgeous tree! Love that deep red color!
Spring sure is in the air. Your red tree is perfect for Ruby Tuesday. Thanks for sharing.
Looks like someone’s hair dyed red!
It would be nice to have a tree like that in your own backyard. Brings color to your home
My student says she hopes to have a similar tree back at her home so that she can admire it everyday. What type of tree is that? Another mentions that it looks “very bloody”! lol.
That’s a beautiful tree. I enjoy the red trees in the spring time and am often struck by how red is a color of spring as well as fall.
I wish I knew more about trees, but have no idea what kind it is. I love the comment about the hair dye! Thanks, everyone, for visiting.
WOW! That tree is spectacular ;–)
Hugs and blessings,
Beautiful tree:)
I had a few post back also post some tree in bonsai form
Happy WW !!
lovely blooms already – or is this fall for you?
What a beautiful tree!!! I also really liked your checkered tulip from a previous blog. All your flowers are great. I enjoyed browsing your blog. Thanks for sharing.
these trees are gorgeous! and you can see them from blocks away!!
Very nice but I think it could use a trim;) Happy WW.
I’ve got no idea what tree this is, but I’m loving the red leaves of it
Nice structure and all..
Have a beautiful week Sara!
What a lovely tree!
Here in the Pacific Northwest of the USA it is spring, not fall at all! So the red tree is a current photo but a bit strange, considering. And I don’t think it would be good to trim my neighbor’s tree!
Yes, Sara I think that’s a Japanese Maple. And in the North, east or west, a few varieties grow in the Spring!
Thanks for your great RT post!
Such a neat color for a yard.
Gorgeous!
Beautiful! Looks like a Japanese Maple?
