Colorful dishes

Went to a new friend’s house and was so happy to see these cheerful plates in her kitchen. I love the colors! And did you notice that the plates are all in the same color order? Now that’s neat, in more ways than one.

   Great riot of color. The East Coast Version of this is Homer Laughlin’s Fiestaware, still made in West Virginia in an era when so much is imported from other countries. I have a theory that happy people use colorful dishes.

   Love them! I want new dishes. Mine are all old, with the exception of the china my mother gave me, which I never use.

    Very colorful! I laughed, because I have 3 colors of plates and used to stack them neatly like that, too….but have gotten lazier about it as I get older 🙂 I guess if you have open shelves, you are neater than if they are hidden behind doors.
