Japanese anemone

These simple flowers are welcome in the late summer and fall garden, in the Seattle climate, anyway. They are seen in lavender or white and bloom in shade or sun, and dry seems to be OK. And they come back! I love easy perennials, don’t you? And do you notice the bee working in the background?

   This is such a stunning photo! I love those flowers. I also like the idea of easy perennials so I must explore my local nursery to see what I can find. Now that it’s spring here I’m in the mood for gardening 🙂

   Lovely photo, which is usual here. You have such a talent. I like the way this flower is open, wide open, accepting of sun and whatever comes its way, innocent, giving. Very good stuff here today.
