Sailboat docking at dusk

Time for a scenic photo. This is at little Lake Burien, south of Seattle WA, a few weeks ago. Don’t you just love, love, love those pink skies? I also thought it was nice of the person to wear that pretty red top for me to photograph.

   The pink skies are very pretty, and even prettier reflected in the water! Great photo – the red shirt was well chosen by your cooperative (if unwitting) human subject, and the sailboat and slide both look like great fun!

    I’ve been wondering about the pink skies, we’ve had them too in California. There seems to be a lot of dust in the air, Volcanic ash perhaps?
    What ever the reason, it makes lovely sunrise and sunset even when there are no clouds.
