Pink cyclamen macro
Even though the focus is a little softer than I’d like, this image of pink cyclamens from a recent Garden Club district meeting flower show pleases me. It’s funny how challenging it can be to photograph something that is so beautiful, graceful and perfect in person, so full of life and freshness, and make it convey even a small amount of that liveliness. You’d think the camera would just record it, but no. Such is the challenge of a person who loves to take photos of flowers.

That is so pretty!! Such a delicate, wonderful shade of pink!
My Monday post is: SPRINGTIME in South TEXAS Do hope you can find a little time to stop by with a ‘howdy’!!!
How pretty. I love the detail on the petals.
I agree, macros of flowers are not easy. I often end up spending a ridiculous amount of time on one flower, and have the most trouble trying to get the narrow field of focus just how I want it. I usually end up changing my mind about what I want and having to start all over with a different composition (more than once!) This is a very nice shot. I like how you included a jumble of blooms instead of narrowing in on a single bloom.
Beautiful photo. Great macro. Have a nice week. Greetings from Romania.
