Pink lavender
Not everyone knows that the lavender plant comes in several colors, and one is pink!

I’m one of those who did not know! Your pink lavender is blooming beautifully. Wishing a great weekend Sara.
Hello!
Found you from Our World Tuesday. Great website, by the way. I’m a fan of lavender, but did not know there were colors other than purple. I’m in SE TN, and lavender does really well here. I rooted some lavender (French, I believe) back in early April. They’re growing well but haven’t seen any flowers yet. When will they flower?
Cheers,
Eileen
Eileen, I am surprised that there is lavender without flowers in July. I do believe the kinds I have are English lavender, so that may be the difference. Good luck!
Hi Sara,
Thanks for the prompt response. I thought by this time I should’ve gotten some flowers! The leaves are very fragrant. The only difference with this batch is that I rooted them from cuttings. So I’m waiting patiently.
Beautiful, and I’ll bet it’s humming with bees. Mine is. It’s planted by my front door and greets me with its yummy scent.
My post features photos from Mount Rainier Natl Park.
The things I learn! Lovely image.
I enjoyed your post at ‘My Corner of the World’ so much this week!
My Corner of the World
That looks wonderful.
And the bees love it there!
