Cotoneaster berries
The cotoneaster berries are super red this year. Birds and photographers love their winter redness. Note: this plant has an extremely weird pronunciation. You might think it was “cotton Easter,” but no. It’s actually pronounced cuh-tone-ee-AST-er. Isn’t that something?

What beautiful red berries! Very seasonal.
Now, do they also have thorny stems? Thanks for the pronunciation, I would’ve never guessed!
No thorns! There are a number of varieties, too. This one gets huge, however.
How fun to show this abundance of red berries to All Seasons:) When it’s cold outside we crave for colors like this! Thank you so much Sarah – Have a great week, Jesh
